Summary

We are sending the setuppassword link or the reset password link via Outreach mailings to the contact. But it always says link expired.

Hi All,

We are sending the setuppassword link or the reset password link via Outreach mailings to the contact when they are created through API's. But it always says link expired. Not sure what we are missing. 

The expiry time is correct, force https password is correct.

Can anyone help please?
