Customer Portal logs - where are the webserver logs in the cloud?

Hi all,

I am trying to find raw web logs for our Customer Portal but they are not anywhere in Portal Admin.  I am bughunting an issue and I really need to see raw POST requests, and HTTP response codes etc.

Our Customer Portal is hosted in the Oracle cloud - is it even possible to see this information?
