Smartview Manage Dimension: Unable to add member (Object with name ZZZZ already exists)

Hi,

While managing dimensions through Smartview, I probably didn't fill in the properties of each new member properly. I found that 2 members (VIC_Projects & SA_Projects) I would like to add under "Projects by Region" was somehow made "Project" as Parent Members. I want to change its parent but I was then prompted an error An Object with the name VIC_Projects already exists.

I'm quite stuck here I couldn't add these members properly. In fact, when I did a search on VIC_Projects, it could not be found. Yet when I tried creating it, I was prompted it already exists.
