Unified widget for Inlays, WebSdk and more
Summary:
When we need to add more than one widget in our homesite it can become complicated for the visitor to manage different elements that do not seem to be connected to each other.
Providing a unified view of customer service elements improves the customer experience and boosts their ability to get support in a more efficient way.
I want to share with you a code that facilitates the creation of a universal widget that unifies this user experience and allows you to control the rest of the widgets through a configurable menu. This is just one example of how multiple customer service capabilities can be implemented in our homesite in an orchestrated way and without too much effort.
