Summary:

Bounce back error message is not received when using the Public Mail API, so unable to see if email has bounced back

Content (required):

We are unable to track the status of the email, like whether it has been delivered/bounced.

We tried the below two approach, but it was not helpful

  1. “Delete Returned Messages” option in the Mailbox.
  2. “MailMessageStatus” option in Public Mail API, always return Sent status as 1. Example: Tried with invalid email address
