how to track bounced emails in Public Mail API?
Summary:
Bounce back error message is not received when using the Public Mail API, so unable to see if email has bounced back
Content (required):
We are unable to track the status of the email, like whether it has been delivered/bounced.
We tried the below two approach, but it was not helpful
- “Delete Returned Messages” option in the Mailbox.
- “MailMessageStatus” option in Public Mail API, always return Sent status as 1. Example: Tried with invalid email address
