Hi,

In one of our agents .Net console, while opening an incident, in the messages tab, the text color of customer entry is appearing as white instead of black. its occuring for only 1 agent and we tried local cache clearing and reinstalling app but none of it worked . Any solution to make font color reappear as black instead of white? Thanks
