PBCS custom tile doesn't work with a online sharepoint site

Summary:

IN PBCS, I created a custom tile for help desk. I set the URL to a online sharepoint site. I got the error "refused to connect". I got the same error if I set the URL to "https://www.google.com" or "https://www.oracle.com"

I opened a SR and I received this awnser : "Development looked at it and I also tested. This only works for internal sites. This URL support feature is for customer to connect other Oracle products or their in-house portal for which they control the CSP policy."

So, my question, how can setup a custom tile URL with a online sharepoint site ?
