How to create a Purchase Order from Sales order (Not drop/Back to back flow)

Summary:

We have requirement to create purchase order from Sales order by customizing the orchestration Process where DOO will create Purchase order and will Close.

We do not want to create PO using back to back or drop ship order process

So, would like know how this requirement can be met?
