*Time Card* Category not selectable for CA LDG Elements

Summary:

I'm trying to add Payroll Time Type to OTL.

Content (required):

I'm trying to create multiple elements with Canadian LDG that will be used in Time card. However I cannot find the category *Time Card*. I cannot create new Payroll Time Type in OTL because of this.

If I create the same element with US LDG I'm able to select *Time Card* Category.

Any Ideas?
