Enable Collpase/Expand option in Incident workspace

Summary: I have enabled collpase/Expand option to one table. The default behavior is Expanded which means the content in the table is expanded but we need to collapse the content by default when opening Incident. Is this possible?

I don't find any option to collapse the content by default.
