Hi,

We have the following requirement wherein:

  1. Customers login to Customer Portal
  2. After successfully logged in. On the CP homepage, there is a link going to the external application (Service Provider).
  3. Users must not relogin anymore on the external application (Service Provider)
  4. The Service Provider supports SAML 2.0.

I have found this documentation but it refers to the Service Console

Can you please guide me on how to accomplish this. Any links or documentation is highly appreciated.
