Can you migrate a single attribute from Test to Prod in ARCS?

Summary:

We have been building some attributes. One of them is a list type with a fairly long list of values. We have not found a way to migrate just one attribute from Test to Prod. You can't drill into the ARCS snapshot and select anything. There also doesn't seem to be an export function in the config screen for attributes. You also can't export the list contents when you edit it.

After creating some list type attributes and adding values via the edit function in the configuration screen we would like to be able to migrate that updated attribute from Test to Prod. At a minimum it would be nice to be able to export the updated list and not have to retype it in Prod.
