Summary:

When user Submits the sales order, only the On Start of Submission Request extension is triggered.

However documentation states that action of Submitting the sale order will automatically save the sales order and invoke the On Save extension.

As a result customer must duplicate the groovy script extension in the On Start of Submission and the On Save extensions
