Community Keyword Search
Summary: I am needing the practical method to keyword search out community posts.

I have looked up and down for a way to search our community posts by keyword. Here are some of the things I have tried.
- Putting a report on the page and passing keywords through the url into the filters (no way to search a string in the filter, only complex expression which starts at index 0).
- Pulling all community posts and filtering it on the front end (there seems to be a delay in which the javascript executes. This is irrelevant as once I get to 3000 results, I get huge lag in loading times)
