Hello all,

One of the use cases that we are to implement is having a new process given to the service agent to create a new preventive maintenance service for the contact , the process is designed to enable the Agent to create a new incident of that type ( product : preventive maintenance ) , now the Workspace for this incident type should be driven from a custom object where all fields are created , according to contact type we have different checklist items for the preventive maintenance incident and this should be handled by Workspace rules , this is what
