Sales Order Line and Custom Objects

Summary:

We are exploring the Custom Objects feature to store some additional information at sales order line level. We have limitations to use EFF since EFF can store max 150 characters in each column

1) Does oracle order management support custom objects?

2)Please let us know if we can create the linkage between custom objects and sales order line. ( Any URL / hyper link on SO line which can display the Custom Object data)
