Sample HDL file to load the Assignment 2 information

Hello,

Can someone please share the HDL format to load the Assignment information?

I have a DFF called "Level" when I am trying to load the Assignment information it says Work terms are required therefore I have added the required information.

The file fails when the employee has more than one assignment, perhaps I am missing the format for second or third assignments.
