Can someone help me on how to generate a PDF Document containing custom object and field information in Oracle RightNow.


There is requirement to generate a PDF Document containing information from custom object and fields. I've tried to find references, there is a chance to use "Workspace Ribbon Add-In" but it's not clearly described.

please let me know if you have solution/idea on implementation.
