Pass an Incident data to a Survey - create an incident automatically when the survey is answered

Hi everyone,

Currently we have surveys that are sent through rules when an incident is closed with certain parameters, but we need to create an incident automatically when the survey is answered and be able to assign the incident to a department according to a data of the incident that activated the rule of sending the survey.

Is it possible to carry out this validation of the incident data from the survey? Or is there any flow that I can carry out to obtain this data from the survey?
