Is there an easy way to add a new Daily Rate into the payment term into the Workforce

i have a Business Requirement that while configuring Benefits and Taxes, i have a benefit call Daily Allowance the, which needs to to configure at daily basis. Mean for a certain Grade the daily Allowance rate is XX per day.

is there any way to add payment term as daily basis?
