Summary:

Is anyone else experiencing issues submitting an SR? I am, in the same sitting, typing out my problem summary and problem description, and selecting where the problem is within our products. When I am down working through the "where" part, it refreshes the page and tells me the session has timed out. When no less than 3-4 minutes ago I was logging in and responding to another ticket I have open.
