Setting Channel ID to new incidents
Summary:
We have some incidents that have "no value" in the Channel ID field. Our End user and OPA sourced incidents do no have a "Web" channel id assigned.
Content (required):
Some incidents created via End User Connect and OPA do not have a Channel ID assigned. I am looking for a way to apply "Web" channel ID to the incidents
