Is there a way to change the "Expense Type" SmartList depdendent on the pre-seeded OPF_Direct Expenses hierarchy so that selected accounts can be shown to the user?

We have a request to filter out the pre-seeded accounts that are not required so that in the drop-down of the SmartList only relevant accounts are available.
