How to style ConditionalChatLink

I am using the conditionalChatLink widget on a page and the Chat Live and status message are all the same font. I would like to have the Chat Live identified as a link. How do I style it? Even though the message base entry is plain text, I figured out how to use html to style it, however, that interferes with the ContactUs widget display. I looked at all the Widget CSS and didn't find where I can style this. Any help would be appreciated - I don't really want to make a custom widget for
