Summary:

We want to force answer review every 18 months, but leave answer public. If answer hasn't been republished within 24 months, then set status to Private to unpublish it. However, business rules to set the Review On date aren't working.

Hello,

We want to set up so that when an answer is created or published, the review on date is set for 18 months in the future. Then let the system, send out the notifications of Review status being set, but leave the Answer public.

I've enabled the configuration setting TC_AR_DATE_ENABLE, added the fields to the review/publication fields to Answer workspace, set the Review answer status to Public. So to keep an Answer public if it is in review. However, when I write a business rule to set the Review On date to 547 days in the future for newly created answers, it does not set the date for that field. It skips through it and just transitions the answer to the Answer in Use state I created. So I know the rule is firing, but that one statement is not setting
