In-N-Out Burger has an excellent opportunity for a full-time HRIS Manager based in Irvine, CA. As part of In-N-Out’s HR Team, the HRIS Manager oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s HRIS system as well as other HR-related systems and tools, which includes off-the-shelf technology and internally developed systems. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for information systems supporting HR planning and develops, implements, and modifies systems based on business requirements. This position manages integrations, workflows, configurations, and user acceptance testing for all systems. In addition, this position will oversee and delegate work to an HRIS Analyst as necessary.
