Change Account Display Name from Email Address to Contact.FullName

Summary: We're migrating our customer portal and I would like to change the account information displayed on the Account Dropdown widget from the email address to the Full Name or First Name Last Name. We don't allow any social users or moderators so it's strictly just their account in the application.
