BUI vs .NET and rule to send survey when solved
Business rule that sends a survey when the status is solved works differently in .NET vs BUI
This problem just started happening in the BUI version and never happened in the .NET version. We automatically change the status to solved when we send a response (configured in the workspace). We have always done this. But in the .NET version, we check the "send on save" box, the status changes to solved and we sometimes need to change it back to 'in progress", then we click save. Our response is sent and the incident is saved "in progress" so the rule never triggers.
