Summary:

We are using Knowledge Advanced, and we have some answers with a lot of attachments. We want to know which ones are being used/clicked. I didn't know if I would get a better answer here or under analytics. Trying here first.

I looked at clickstreams data for any actions that included "fattach", and I couldn't find references to the attachments. I don't think we ever tried this before in KF, so I'm not sure if there is a difference between KF and KA. I did notice some fattach actions that included "okcs", but again, no joy for my current requirement. I can see that someone apparently did a get on an attachment, but not which one.

Howdy, Stranger!
