Home page loading issue with Australia Based Users



Our users in Australia are having issues with loading Oracle Cloud ERP Home Page.

Users in Australia are facing a unique issue where if they are loading the home page of Oracle ERP after SSO Signin, the page is hanging. They are unable to move forward with the page. But, if they VPN into either India/US/Europe data centers, the page loads just fine. The issue is not only company issues laptops, issue occurs even on Person laptops. Has any one faced similar issue? Looks like Browser is being blocked to load the content when in Australia region.
