Is it ok to have a different Org Structure set up in HCM vs one setup for EPM or ERP in Oracle Cloud
Is it ok to have a different Org Structure set up in HCM vs one setup for EPM or ERP in Oracle Cloud Applications?
For example, the HCM Org Structure will have 6 levels and the ERP/EPM org structure has 4 levels. If they are different and we are reporting financials at the cost center level, will it impact analytics, reporting or drilldown cross applications? Payroll will be sent to ERP based in Cost Center from HCM and EPM reports financials via Cost Centers . Is there any impact of having different org structures.?
