create summary report and detail report in the same data model and user can select layout in report

i need to create report about item balances details and summary at the same data model and users can select detail or summary report or both in the report to view data.

for example if i have item x with balance 100

and this item transactions like receipt 150 , issued 50

i need the first layout : x 100

second layout : receipt 150

issued 50

balance : 100

in report user can select : details , summarry or both.
