Can you bring back your annual Budget to both your Primary GL Legal Entities as well as your GL Cons

Hi Oracle EPM Guru:
We are on both Oracle ERP Cloud as well as EPM cloud.
We have 5 different Oracle GL Primary Legal Entities. 1 is our US and 3 are non US legal entity and we have our Consolidation legal entity in USD as well.
My question is: Can we bring our Annual budget from our EPM Budget & Forecast application to both of our
4 Primary Legal Entities as well as our Consolidation legal entity?
