Mass Update Country Specific Bank Account Rules using REST API

Currently, when updating bank account rules, we are doing it per country - one by one. Is there a tool that will allow for mass update?

Having to update the bank account rules manually is a tedious task especially when we are talking about a lot of countries. A tool that will allow for mass update would help a lot for faster implementation.
