Visual Indicator for Custom Field on Incident

Value on a custom field to be visual indicated to be more noticeable by agent

Is there a way to have a visual indicator (Highlight, flag, icon..etc) when a custom field (Y/N) has a Y so that when the agent opens the incident, it is clear to them that that field is a YES? *Note--The pop-up is not the desired option.
