We are seeing quite a few new participants in the Ideas Lab in recent times. This is very encouraging. I wanted to share some thoughts on how you can leverage this lab to your benefit and get the most out of these getting an opportunity for further review. I hope this helps at least some of you.

I thought to write this because I am also observing several ideas that have really no functional detail and move to status 'Declined', which clearly is counter productive to your original intent in logging the same.
