We have a requirement to reduce the investment value from equity before Calculating Minority Interest (In Balance sheet) in few entities. (This is required when there are shared investments within the group)

The Investment value is available in Investment in Sub account. Is there a way to customize the seeded equity elimination rule (Owners Equity (Subsidiary / Proportional)) to facilitate this? Or do we need to write a custom rule for this?
