Oracle Knowledge Management is a knowledge base solution that answers users’ questions efficiently and consistently across multiple channels while accelerating the issue resolution process. The Knowledge authoring platform allows users to collaborate and continuously improve the quality of the knowledge base by creating, updating, rating, and suggesting new content.
