When communicating from an Oracle Cloud VM Server to EPM, is there anything else we need to do on VCN besides setting up a normal internet connection?

We are trying to connect OCI and SaaS in different regions, but we cannot communicate from OCI's server to EPM.

When we check, it seems to be reaching EPM but not returning.

We do not use white list on EPM.
