Summary:

I am looking for a place to store a capitalization rate to be used at the project level for labor charges. Our business process is to capitalize a portion of development labor charges. This is currently all being done outside of the system and we are looking to automate it. However, I am unable to find a good place to house the capitalization rates in the system. Any ideas?
