Summary:

I need to assign one answer to multiple agents as I created a rule when the status changed to review the the answer assigned to the checker account, and he got a notification toast message, this is one of our Business requirement.


we need to send notification to all agents on a specific profile when the status changed to review is that double and how??


also need to send notification when a new answer created can i add message template other than the default one's?
