Customer Site Use DFF context by reference - ship-to or bill-to

Summary:

Attempting to define DFFs at customer site use level which are either bill-to specific (to capture additional accounting/invoicing info) or ship-to specific (to capture additional shipping/order management info).

The site use allows to define contexts which can be bill-to and ship-to - but then any context can be selected on the customer screen - for a given site use. e.g. context Bill-to can be selected for site use/purpose ship-to and vice versa (which puts the onus on user maintaining customer master).

Is there a way to make these contexts referencing the site use/purpose - it used to be the case in EBS?
