Summary:

Error : "Cannot save/update: Account(ID=0): Internal Error Description: Not able to acquire lock for call to 'account_create'. without lock"

Content (required):

We are receiving the amount mentioned error on creation of Staff Accounts in Service cloud through REST API. We are unable to proceed further account creation due to this error and stuck up with this. Is there a way to mitigate this issue?
