Summary:

I'm looking for information on how to set up biz rules or such to ensure incidents are routed to & show only in the proper interfaces

Content (required):

For example, we have a German interface - if they send an email to the assigned German email address, how do we have that email show up as an incident in the German interface and not also show up in the French or US one?
