Not sure if others are seeing this, but I have had a few clients in the last few weeks come forward about an issue where MyServices / IDCS wasn't syncing properly with planning. These clients are on the latest environments as they were implemented in the last ~6 months, and not sure how long this has been an issue as all of them just recently tried to add someone at the end of last month. Or how widespread this issue might be. Hopefully this helps someone else.

As I understand it the cache that exists between Planning & MyServices / IDCS is not being updated properly, so we need to perform below to force it to update.
