Fusion Financials Concurrent Manager Functionality

I would like to know what functionality is available to control the jobs that get processed via the Concurrent Manager in Fusion Cloud.

As an example in R12 you were able to configure multiple managers under the concurrent manager. By doing this, you were able to (as an example) direct all AP reports to the AP manager and all GL reports to the GL manager. Also, in R12 you were able to assign a run priority at a User level. So for normal Users, you would assign (via a profile option) priority 50 and for Super Users you would assign priority 5.
