Tracking click behavior from users
Does anyone have experience in tracking the click behavior of their users. Through Analytics we are able to see what users are searching for, but we are also curious on what path the user takes to get to an answer. Do they use the product/category selector, etc.. This is information that is not available in Analytics for Oracle Knowledge Advanced and we realy want to have some insight in that.
