As part of out of box OUTLOOK Integration with B2C Service, can calendars be integrated?
There is a request from our users to have an Outlook integration with B2C Service so that agents don't have to change their available status manually and instead for B2C Service to do it automatically by integrating to their Outlook calendar and check their availability. I researched the documentation for OUTLOOK integration and saw that out of box we can only integrate/sync contacts, tasks and emails. Is there any functionality available that will allow the integration to Outlook calendar?
