Content (required):

During HR Project implementation Project in initial phase Implementation Team would have requirement gathering sessions with client to understand the scope of project and functionality to be implemented.

Generally each implementer / system integrator would have a Fit-Gap template (may be an excel sheet with list of questions and pointers) which are discussed with business users to understand the requirement and based on discussion it is decided if the requirement is a Fit (intended process available in product) or Gap (no seeded process available to achieve the objective).

Would like to know, Does Oracle provide any seeded 'Fit-Gap' template for Core HR module which is available on Oracle support site / Oracle Docs / as a White Paper which covers all the functionality available in product (may be in a questionnaire form) which can be used as template by implementation team during requirement gathering phase.
