Payables Invoice Notes between different departments

How to Track activity in Invoice if required support from Different team ?

Currently Payables team are updating any activity or status which requires support from different department in Invoice notes. Below are some of the examples
· If Procurement team need to check and validate the PO Price or Qty
· If receiving team to receive the PO
· Any action pending from Payables team itself
The invoice notes can be updated by Payables team since invoice team have access to Manage Invoices.
But other than invoice team the other team have only access to View invoices, and they can only view the notes and cannot update their feedback in the invoice notes back.
